Can you Escape the Mystery Escape Room?

The Mystery Escape Room! Have you heard about it? Have you been there? I hadn't heard about it until last month, and I had never been! A bunch of friends, my husband and I went as a fun date night and let me tell you something. We were going for the experience because we didn't think we would escape...That sounds horrible, but there is only a 25% escape rate for the room we tried so I wasn't hopeful, but we were still so excited for a FUN time!

Well, our fun time turned into a hilarious, fun, and laughter-filled night. I mean, there might have been some high stress involved, but anything with a time limit is going to lend that hand! 

Let me tell you about it! First, the building is actually really neat. It has a charm to it like none other and I love myself a good old building! This particular building has quite the history here in St. George. Go try one of the rooms, and I'm sure they will tell you about it.

Basically, they sat us down, told us the rules and sent us into a room. AND THEN... well that is where I am going to stop. You need to go see for yourself what happens in the room! I will tell you this... WE ESCAPED! With only 1:24 seconds left to go, we made it out! It was fun to work together as a team to figure out how to get out of the room. You walk in without really knowing what you are walking into, but you walk out having thoroughly enjoyed the last hour with some friends.

So, bottom line. If you need a good group date night, GO! If you need a fun friends night out, GO! If you need any type of night out, GO! We are already planning our next date night so we can try to escape another room! I promise you will not regret spending an hour at the Mystery Escape Room.

Here is the scoop!

It is $24.95 a person and it lasts an hour! You want to be there 15 minutes early so that you can be started on time. It is located on the Boulevard in Ancestor Square! They run the rooms from 9:30 am to 9:30 PM so there is always a good time to go!
